WHAT:  

An Agra bicycle-rickshaw provides a carbon-free form of transit, and overcomes barriers of residential and commercial property owners in San Francisco seeking to prevent it from parking on their property, even though the rickshaw blocks no person or vehicle.   The Rickshaw service is one small way to help combat global warming.

WHY: 

Partnerships For Change (PFC) economically empowers the poorest of the poor in India, Cambodia and Burma and directly receives financial donations from the Carbon–free transit service provided in San Francisco with a bicycle-rickshaw.
